Position Title : M&E Project Coordinator / M&E Engineer
Working Location : Mandai Estate
Working Hours : 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
Salary Package : Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits
Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site

Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager

Maintain and monitor all M&E-related documentation and records

Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements

Supervise and manage M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of work in accordance with contract drawings and specifications

Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on matters related to shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning

Organize and lead M&E coordination meetings to align all parties involved

Update and report on M&E progress, issues, and developments to the Project Manager

Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution

Negotiate and seek approval for any M&E-related changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards & other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry

Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Familiar with local codes, practices, and authority submission procedures is a plus
