Product Manager, SEA (Pharmaceutical)

We are partnering with a leading & well-established Pharmaceutical company headquartered in Singapore. With almost 4 decades in the market, they have a strong presence in Asia and multiple business units to deliver high quality healthcare solutions to patients and consumers. As part of regional expansion , they are now looking for a Regional Product Manager under their Medical Marketing team , overseeing dermatology portfolios.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Marketing Director , you will be responsible for developing and executing medical marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence within the ethical channels. This includes planning and implementing regional marketing campaigns , supporting product launches, and creating impactful medical communication materials. The role involves translating complex clinical data into concise, effective messages, organizing regional events, providing product and disease training, and engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build medical advocacy. The manager will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine brand positioning and support clinical studies and stakeholder queries.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 5 years of Marketing and / or Product Management experience within the Pharmaceutical sector. Having experience in Dermatology will be an added advantage, but other therapeutic areas within Pharmaceutical will be considered too. While this is a regional role, local Product Managers who are keen to move into a regional scope will be considered. The role requires someone resourceful, innovative, and strategic, capable of simplifying scientific content for diverse audiences.
