The Position :

• Build a value-oriented delivery organization that ensures every implementation translates into customer adoption, measurable outcomes, and renewal or expansion. You will establish and lead our Value Delivery Office (VDO) : a modern evolution of the project management office that aligns governance, portfolio choices, and delivery practices to benefits realisation.
• Drive customer success by developing success plans, accelerating adoption, and ensuring measurable value realization for every client.
• Lead complex programmes by orchestrating multi-market deployments, managing risks, and delivering on time-to-value targets.
• Ensure service excellence by defining SLAs and SLOs, readiness standards, and continuous improvement for platform and analytics services.
• Measure and report value by linking solutions to health and financial outcomes and delivering executive dashboards and insights.
• Influence and inspire by acting as the executive interface for clients and internal leadership and hiring and growing a high-performing team.
