Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage 9 mailboxes via Feedback Management System
  • Respond to enquiries from registrants, Members of Public covering registration, practising certificate renewal, continuing professional education, complaints and General enquiries.
  • Respond to email enquiries relating to Pledge ceremonies
  • Draft email invitations to external stakeholders
  • Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
  • Assist officers to source for vendors
  • On-site administrative and logistics support for events.
  • Support divisions in reviewing draft circulars and dissemination of circulars / notices
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree preferably in mass communication or business management
  • Experience in handling feedback enquiries, events and communications projects, website / content development
  • Proficient in IT and MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word
