Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive range of technical after-sales service support, installation, commissioning and repair plus preventive maintenance plans for scientific and / or biopharmaceutical equipment;
- Provide technical consultation to customers;
- Respond to customers’ requests by troubleshooting problems and taking corrective actions within targeted timeline;
- Prepare service reports.
REQUIREMENTS
ITE / Higher NITEC / Diploma / Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years of relevant technical work experience in service / maintenance;Ideally process experience in similar industry (Scientific / Biopharmaceutical / Medical);Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Able to work independently and a team player;Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen;Valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle will be an added advantageBENEFITS
