REGIONAL HEAD - MULTIMEDIA TEAM

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Development ○ Provide strategic leadership and guidance to regional multimedia teams, ensuring consistent delivery of world-class visualizations and multimedia content. ○ Mentor, coach, and develop team members to elevate skills, creativity, and efficiency. ○ Foster a collaborative, cohesive, and high-performing team culture across multiple offices.
• Project & Workflow Management ○ Oversee the end-to-end visualization pipeline regionally, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and design intent. ○ Translate and interpret designers’ and clients’ concepts into compelling 3D perspectives, renderings, and animated walkthroughs that communicate vision effectively. ○ Streamline processes and standardize workflows across teams to achieve consistent outputs and reduced project durations.
• Innovation & Technology Adoption ○ Drive innovation by researching, testing, and implementing emerging visualization technologies, rendering engines, and workflow optimization tools. ○ Collaborate with IT and technical partners to establish robust infrastructure and roadmaps for regional multimedia operations. ○ Ensure the team remains at the forefront of industry standards and trends.
• Quality & Delivery Excellence ○ Ensure that all multimedia outputs meet the highest standards of creativity, accuracy, and technical quality. ○ Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining excellence. ○ Oversee quality control checks and feedback processes across regional projects.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement ○ Partner with senior leadership, designers, and project managers to ensure visualization outputs align with client expectations and project objectives. ○ Engage directly with clients when required to present and explain visualization strategies and deliverables. ○ Promote the value of visualization and multimedia storytelling as a critical component of the company’s client offering.
