We are looking for talented andhighly energetic, result focused account executives / accountmanagers for our Singapore office. The candidate will beresponsible to generate new business for the organization. The role offers excitinggrowth and learning opportunities.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Manage the entire sales process fromprospecting to close using consultative salesmethods.
  • Develop and manage manageriallevel relationships at small and medium sizeorganizations.
  • Maintain a high level ofSales activity.
  • Build a healthyopportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly / annualsales quota
  • Drivethe entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closedsales.
  • Prospect for potential customersusing various direct methods such as calling and face to facemeetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for idealcustomers and sales.
  • Consult withprospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as therange of options and cost benefits of each.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge inorder to have meaningful conversations withprospects.
  • Makepresentations to decision makers.
  • Draftand deliver proposals.
  • Work withtechnical staff, product specialists and customer service whererequired to address customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identifyopportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators,main stakeholders, buying processes and forecastedsales.
  • Provide forecasts on best caseand most likely sales volumes over relevant timeperiods.
  • Providefeedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle,enhance sales, and improve company brand andreputation.
  • Provide feedback to companymanagement on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, andopportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extendingcompany offerings.

Desired Skills :

  • Experience with inB2B selling preferrable media selling, consultativesales
  • 1-3 years of B2B salesexperience
  • Exposure to HR software, SaaSsales would be an advantage.
  • Trackrecord of over achieving sales target.
  • Able to self-motivate and workindependently.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks andwork within deadlines.
  • Proficiency inPower Point, Excel and MS word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills inEnglish.
