Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Islandwide (100 outlets)

6 working days, rotating shifts

Job responsibility :

• Prepare a variety of food items such as bread, fried dough products, dim sum, desserts, fruits, and snacks, as well as beverages like coffee, tea, and soy milk
• Ensure food quality consistently meets company standards and customer expectations
• Maintain adequate stock levels and prepare ingredients ahead of peak periods
• Provide excellent customer service during order taking, cashiering, and food presentation
• Serve customers politely and with a smile
• Maintain good personal hygiene and professional grooming
• Keep the workstation clean and sanitary, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene practices
