Project Manager (CIVIL / WATER & SEWER PROJECTS)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a major infrastructure project valued at approximately SGD 100 million . The ideal candidate must be a seasoned professional with strong expertise in civil engineering, water pipeline, and sewer infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute end-to-end project management for a large-scale civil and utilities project.
• Oversee daily site operations, progress, safety, and quality to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination across all project phases.
• Develop project schedules, methodology statements, and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, LTA requirements, and workplace safety rules.
• Provide strong leadership to site teams, engineers, and supervisors to drive operational excellence.
• Prepare progress reports, handle project documentation, and attend client / authority meetings.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and ensure project specifications are met.
