Roles & Responsibilities

Your new company

My client provides biomedical and healthcare solutions, offering a range of products and services for medical research, diagnostics, and patient care. They are looking for a regional HRBP to join their growing HR team.

Your new role

Strategic HR Leadership Role

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR strategies that align with business objectives and regional goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs across key South East Asian markets, ensuring alignment with local market practices and business needs.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development planning, in collaboration with country HR teams and business leaders.
  • Provide expert insights on regional compensation trends, pay equity, and benchmarking, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage HRIS systems to support compensation, benefits, and performance management, ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistency and efficiency of reward and performance programs across the region.
  • Analyze workforce data and compensation analytics to inform business decisions, and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate training on performance management and compensation policies, and stay updated on regional labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regional HR projects to drive process improvements and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; IHRP-CP certification a plus.
  • 5+ years' HR experience in compensation, benefits, and performance management, with multi-country experience in SEA.
  • Proven expertise in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation structures, and performance management best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English required.
