Job Description

• Assist in ICA scanning area; help to open bags, label each screened articles with number stickers and arranged into its respective RC’s.
• Help to re-pack damaged mails.
• Opened and induct registered / Airsure bags and distribute articles appropriately, arrange foreign bags from staging area to Foreign room.
• Carry out local & foreign IC duty.
• Process and despatch adecouvert (AV2) articles to ATC.
• Cover night shift duty as and when required; do balancing and record carried forward foreign bags, Airsure bags and ICA RC’s at the end of shift.
• Handling of retained items to ICA.
• Open insured bags.
• Scanned all undeliverable articles into ECR for future customer enquiry.
• Work together with the team leader to carry out annual statistics.
• Ensure work area cleanliness and tidiness at the end of the day.
• Assist in Kaizen project as and when required.
• Help to check & replenish any expendables such as empty orange colour bags.
• Perform any other duty assigned by supervisor.
