JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have a good knowledge of the food and beverage menus

• Perform mis-en-place and ensure that the outlet is ready for operation

• Communicate with the hostess to assure efficient seating and table utilization

• Assist your team when needed with food delivery, especially when hosting large parties and when it is during peak periods

• Prompt food service to be performed on busy events or peak periods
