FOOD OUTLET MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the smooth running of the outlet
• To manage outlet operation including sales, operating expenses and outlet profitability
• Responsible for accurately projecting and controlling of P&L line items to meet or exceed budgetary expectations without compromises to work standards
• To train, coach and support the team members whenever needed and performance improvement
• Must be customer oriented & has the drive to achieve outlet's goals
• To ensure the team are adhering to personal grooming and hygiene standards
