Programme Lead / Senior Executive
=DREAMS (Singapore) Limited is a first-of-its-kind secular, co-ed weekday residential model that provides after-school academic and holistic support to promising and aspiring children from low-income households. She aims to empower them to dream of a future where they are not limited by family circumstances.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Programme Lead / Senior Executive to spearhead our efforts in empowering youths to break out of poverty through innovative and sustainable initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for youth development, a proven track record in programme management, and a commitment to driving impactful change in their community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to address the root causes of poverty among youths, focusing on education, skill-building, employment opportunities, and community engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify key challenges and opportunities facing disadvantaged youths, and design evidence-based interventions to address them effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to leverage resources, expertise, and networks in support of programme goals.
- Lead a team of dedicated staff and volunteers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful implementation of programme activities.
- Monitor and evaluate programme performance against predefined targets and indicators and make data-driven adjustments as necessary to maximize impact and sustainability.
- Cultivate relationships with funders, donors, and other supporters to secure financial resources and ensure the long-term viability and growth of the programme.
- Represent the organization in relevant forums, conferences, and events to raise awareness of our work and advocate for policy changes that benefit disadvantaged youths.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, international development, public policy, or a related field.Minimum of 6 years of experience in programme management, community development, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in designing, implementing, and evaluating youth-focused initiatives.Strong understanding of the socio-economic challenges facing disadvantaged youths, and a proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to address them.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize diverse stakeholders towards a common vision and goals.Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, including budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with the ability to engage and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.We regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
