Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage airfreight operation team
- Ensure smoothy operations and good customer services.
- Execution of MAWBs and HAWBs (Direct and consolidation shipment)
- Manage airline FWB / FHL submission
- Follow up and processing of shipment with shipment status and revert to agents / clients
- Do all necessary documentation for all shipments and plan for collection and delivery of shipments with contractors in order to meet flight closing time.
- To ensure all COD customers payments are collected prior to release airwaybill / delivery to customer.
- Attend to all messages pertaining to operation matters.
- Responsible to oversee airfreight import and export billing to clients and agents
- Closing of all airfreight import and export job files promptly to meet month end closing
- Maintain good relations with all customers and agents to ensure good customer services.
- Ensure profitability for businesses secured with regular review with management.
- Support customer services and pricing team on air operational issues
- Any other official duties assign by Management.
Qualifications :
5.5 days work (alternate weekend upon confirmation)
Working hour : 11am to 8pm (Weekday) and 11am to 3pm (Weekend)
