HR Manager (IHRP Certified)

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Managing Director for a European Company; supporting all HR activities for Singapore and Malaysia
• Review and upgrade existing HR policies and procedures that align with company goals while promoting effective collaboration across departments
• Develop performance management systems by setting KPIs, working with department managers and general managers to conduct regular performance reviews and implementing coaching frameworks
• Employee Development & Engagement
• Strategic HR Transformation
• Adoption and deployment of AI tools
• Detailed JD to be provided upon application

Office is near MRT | Mon – Fri (8 : 30am to 5 : 30am)
