Brief Summary
5 Days : Mon - Fri (9.00am – 6.00pm)
Location : Macpherson
Job Responsibilities
Assist in sales and purchase order activities
Assist & support the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
Assist logistics operations and outbound shipment planning
Assist sales and engineering team in enquiry
To maintain and update inventory records
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Assist in RMA and loan activities
Assist in warehousing activities
To achieve and improve KPI's set for the department.
Assist in Operation reports / data analysis
Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in English
High level of integrity and meticulousness
Strong people skills with pleasant personality
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Experience in Business Central 365 will be advantage.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Good attitude with a willingness to learn and be a team player.
