Sales Admin Coordinator (Retail hours / Luxury Retail) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

5 days work week (Retail hours, including weekend)

• Perform administrative duties for sales and purchase transactions, including data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and reconcile records with HQ.
• Handle cash administration, including cash / card transactions and petty cash.
• Ensure efficient administrative operations within the boutique.
• Act as the main point of contact between the boutique and other departments.
• Relay directives, memos, and instructions from HQ to boutique staff.
• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date filing systems.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by HQ.
