Job Description Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Act as the main point of contact between the executive and internal / external stakeholders
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other important documents
Organize and maintain both physical and digital files, including confidential materials
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including agenda and material preparation
Monitor and prioritize emails, responding as needed
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Handle personal tasks and errands with discretion Requirements Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and calendar tools (Google Calendar, Outlook)
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work outside regular business hours occasionally
Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, with strong proficiency in verbal and written communication in Chinese, as a significant portion of correspondence with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
