Working

Days : 5.5 days / week

Worksite

Location : Mainly EAST region

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Civil, or

Construction-related fields from a recognized

institution

At least 1-2 years of experience

in the construction industry (HDB project background

preferred)

Registered

Environmental Control Officer (ECO) with

NEA

Certified in Earth Control

Measures (ECMO) by the Institution of

Engineers Singapore (IES)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and

PowerPoint

Able to work 5.5 days per week and

travel to various project sites (mostly in the

East)

Job

Responsibilities :

Implement and oversee environmental health systems

on-site, including earth control

measures , vector

control , and waste

management

Conduct regular site

inspections to ensure compliance with

NEA and

ECMO standards

Submit and maintain the Site Environmental

Control Programme and prepare fortnightly

reports

Identify and manage site risks such as

mosquito breeding, poor drainage, air / dust pollution, and poor

housekeeping

Liaise with contractors and

relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt rectification of

environmental issues

Promote environmental

awareness through toolbox talks, site campaigns, and

training

Support investigations by authorities

in cases of vector-borne or environmental incidents

Perform any other duties as assigned by site or project

management
