Job descriptionDegree in Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering Min 2 Years Experience as Service Delivery Manager related to M&E engineering Hands on experience in maintenance of Power Generators, HVAC, electrical power systems and Hydraulic Systems preferred Strong understanding of local codes, regulations, and standards related to M&E service Excellent presentation skills, writing and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues.

- Manage daily operations and support matters and ensure maintenance works comply to contractual requirements, company policies and local regulations.
- Point of Contact to handle escalated issues and address operational issues or queries from customers.
- Manage budget and ensures revenue growth of department aligns to organization goal.
- Develop new capabilities and secure new businesses by collaborating with internal teams and industry partners.
- Plan and facilitate staff professional growth.
- Fosters an innovative working culture and drives continuous improvement initiatives
