Responsibilities :
- Customer Service
- Listen and document customer concerns and issues with their vehicle
- Provide clear and concise explanations of recommended services and repairs
Service Consultation and Coordination
Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflowCoordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate diagnostics and repairsKeep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the service processReview the service and repairs completed with the customer, ensuring satisfactionTo act according to the principles of the core processes of After SalesMonitoring the progress on the repairs / service and keep customer updated of the status on the repairs of their carProvide quotations for repair of customer’s car including body / paint repair jobsAdministration
Process service orders, invoices, and paymentsMaintain detailed records of services performed and parts usedCommunicating with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs on their cars whenever necessaryPerforms any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisorsJob Requirements :
Relevant experience in Automotive Industry or with automotive technical knowledge will be an advantageObtain at least Class 3 Singapore Driving LicenseAttention to detail and a commitment to delivering high level of customer serviceKnowledge of automotive repair and maintenanceFlexibility to adapt to changing technologies and industry trendsStrong organizational, multitasking and communications abilitiesTell employers what skills you have
