Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : AML Project Manager

Location : Singapore

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all aspects of AML-related projects and programs, including planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or multiple lines of business.
  • Ensure alignment of projects and programs with strategic objectives.
  • Own the full project lifecycle end-to-end, from planning through delivery and post-implementation review.
  • Prepare detailed project plans for all phases, manage day-to-day activities, and facilitate project management working and steering committees.
  • Monitor interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
  • Track, monitor, and control project outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
  • Deliver executive-level communications and status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective governance processes.
  • Ensure projects and programs proceed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong project management experience in the AML domain.
  • Requirements & Skills :

  • Deep understanding of AML regulations, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven project management skills, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
  • Experience managing complex projects spanning multiple lines of business.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to work across technology, operations, and business functions effectively.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
