Lead, manage and coordinate closely with main contractors, consultants, clients and sub-contractors to implement in accordance with projects requirements & specifications;
Direct, supervise and control qualified sub-contractors / internal project team members to ensure work is executed to approve drawings / specifications;
Coordinate, oversee and interface with the customers (end user, main contractors and M&E contractors) to resolve issues, produce relevant technical reports and documentation as required;
Proactively communicate project progress, key issues and any critical topics in a timely manner to different stakeholders;
Keep abreast of product development and technological advancements, and of markets changes and provide recommendations to product or service enhancements to meet customer requirements;
Prepare materials submission and As-built drawings;
Conduct preventive maintenance onsite;
Perform testing, commissioning, prepare method of statements and risk assessment reports;
Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by company.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) / Diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and minimum 1 years in similar roles
Well written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge in Autocad and BIM drawings preferred;
Good time and project management skills, High level problem solving and analytical skills, must be independent & able to commit to project deliverables
