Test Engineer Manager - WECRUIT PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineers to oversee all test-related activities for Server and Rack products in production.
• Support and implement PXE Server configuration for the products.
• Conduct and maintain the Server and Rack run-in test processes.
• Perform and maintain the burn-in and power test processes.
• Coordinate with customers and HQ / factory regarding test program implementation and maintenance.
• Test and analyze failures in production products, collaborating with customers and HQ / factory to drive improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen activities.
• Update and track the test program master list.
• Prepare and update Working Instructions.
• Provide training on Working Instructions to production teams.
• Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
• Assist with production during mass runs.
• Engage in ISO activities related to implementation and maintenance.
