Summary

• Prospect, acquire and manage clients’ portfolio and deepen relationships through relevant value propositions/ solutions designed to meet their financial needs.
• Support initiatives to drive growth in deposits, insurance, card and payments while ensuring compliance to the Bank’s policies and processes, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and onboard new individual/ non-individual clients through cold calling and referrals.
• Manage existing clients and grow/ deepen relationships with the Bank.
• Achieve agreed financial targets through cross-selling, telemarketing and promotional activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a total banking proposition and/or relevant solution(s) to meet clients' financial needs.
• Ensure activities are carried out in full compliance including complying with the department’s standard operating procedures, the Bank’s policies, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Handle the end-to-end account opening/ onboarding documentation, conduct and/or review the required KYCs in a timely manner, and perform necessary administrative work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Banking and Finance.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a branch personal banker with BCP and PGI certification.
• Highly driven and motivated to understand clients’ financial needs and to offer solutions to meet their needs
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to engage Mandarin speaking customers.
• Self-driven and able to work independently and within a team
• Good analytical skills and efficient in MS Office
