IT Project Manager

As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Project Manager to lead and deliver mission-critical projects.

• Job Responsibilities;
• Lead end-to-end project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute project plans efficiently.
• Track project progress, manage change requests, and proactively address potential risks and issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, support process improvement, and contribute to the development of project governance standards.
• Job Requirements;
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing IT or software-related projects.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum); PMP or Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Confluence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to travel on a business trip depending on project requirements.
• Require excellent command of written and spoken English. Bilingual proficiency is bonus point.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud services, or AI development projects is an added advantage.
