• Assist in daily operations
• Ensure that the cafe and coffee house is properly maintained and clean
• Oversee food preparations, presentation and storage to ensure food health and safety compliency.
• Regular checks with customers to gather feedbacks
• Resolving of conficts in a professional way
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellence
• Respective skills in functions to be performed
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Willing to work on Public Holidays and weekend
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Must be able to work split shift
• Must be able to work extra hours if needed
