Network Manager

Job Description Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of network systems. Ensure high availability and minimal downtime for critical network services and / or infrastructures. Manage cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and virtualized environments. Maintain detailed documentations on IT systems, processes and policies. Develop and implement strategies for IT infrastructures that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Oversee the maintenance and management of network infrastructure (IT & OT), servers, networks, storage, databases and cloud systems. Implement and enforce IT security measures to protect against cyber threats. Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team including hiring, training and performance evaluations. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. Salary Range : SGD 6,000 - 8,000 Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science / Engineering or relevant disciplines with at least 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and operations specialized in IT networks.

In-depth knowledge of network administration, server management, virtualization and cybersecurity.

Familiar with network configurations and setups including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPN Tunnel (GRE & IPSec), VRF, HSRP / VRRP, QoS, IP Flow Top Talkers, IP Accounting, ARP, NAT, PAT, Port Channel, VXLAN and Policy Routing.

Familiar with security appliances such as Cisco FirePower and / or Palo Alto.

Familiar with NMS setup and configuration such as Forescout NetFlow, MRTG / PRTG and SolarWinds.

Familiar with F5 Networks / A10 Load Balancers devices.

Analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.

Professional certifications would be an added advantage e.g. ITIL, MCSE, CCNA / CCNP, AWS, etc.
