Fleet Engineering Manager (Up to $6,500 - $7,000) #NKC - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to plan and implement maintenance, repair, and overhaul programmes; analyse breakdown trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Support vessel newbuild programmes, including supervision, commissioning, and sea trials in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Design and implement workplace safety and health programmes to raise awareness and drive safe practices.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to plan and optimise contracts for parts and aftersales support, while driving process improvements and innovation initiatives.
• Support sustainability initiatives, including planning and implementing practices and decarbonisation efforts using data and technology.
• Provide operational support for overseas business units and projects, including readiness audits, tender evaluations, asset mobilisation / demobilisation, vessel registration, re-flagging, and turnkey solutions.
• Lead workforce engagement, change management, and productivity programmes in collaboration with HR and relevant stakeholders.
• Undertake stretch assignments and special projects as assigned.
