Lead the project team allocated to the project. Monitor and control project progress, ensure efficient resource utilization, and manage project financials. Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risk, ensuring opportunities are identified and pursued. Drive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment, in accordance with the contract. Ensure commitments to customers are met in accordance with the contract. Qualifications

Around 3 to 5 years of experience in managing projects of different sizes, complexities, and contractual types. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, ideally Electrical. Knowledge and experience in Motors or Drives products / systems. Ability to adapt to the team, build good team spirit, and communicate proactively and effectively. Ability to establish good relationships with clients and provide excellent service and project delivery. What’s in it for you? (Optional)
