Job descriptionMin. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counselling, or related field. Min. 6 years of relevant experience in student services, welfare, or pastoral care, with a strong track record of supporting student development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in student affairs, counselling, or related roles is preferred. Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
💰Up to S$7,500 |
🕒 Mon–Thu 8.30am–5.45pm, Fri 8.30am–5.15pm
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead initiatives promoting student wellbeing and holistic growth.
- Be the primary contact for students, providing support and referrals to specialised services.
- Design engaging programmes to enhance students’ mental, emotional, and social resilience.
- Collaborate with faculty, student leaders, and university offices to ensure seamless student support.
- Support career readiness, student leadership, and peer mentoring programmes.
- Manage student-related processes including leave applications, disciplinary cases, and assessment support.
