Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Manage customer’s enquiries from digital platforms (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Simultaneously handle multiple chats
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
  • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
  • Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Period :

  • 1 year contract
  • Location :

  • Geylang Bahru
  • Working Hours : shift work

    Monday – Friday

  • 8am – 5pm
  • 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • 9am – 6pm
  • 10am – 7pm
  • Alternate Saturday

  • 8am – 12pm
  • 8.30am – 12.30pm
  • 9am – 1pm
  • Salary :

  • up to $2,900 + bonus
  • Requirements :

  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
