Responsibilities :

• To conduct project management and coordination before and during the implementation.
• To execute, control and complete the assigned projects.
• Good knowledge of the Chiller plant system.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Attend site meetings with the main contractor, consultant, and client.
• Responsible for site coordination workers and making accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters.
• Feedback to management about the on-site problems for corrective actions to be taken.
• Ensure details in subcontracts, and purchase orders are accurate and meet the project specifications in covering the full scope of work intended and required by the main contract.
• Responsible for preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings before the commencement of installation works and as-built drawings upon completion.
