Responsibilities :
- To conduct project management and coordination before and during the implementation.
- To execute, control and complete the assigned projects.
- Good knowledge of the Chiller plant system.
- Plan and schedule project timelines.
- Attend site meetings with the main contractor, consultant, and client.
- Responsible for site coordination workers and making accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters.
- Feedback to management about the on-site problems for corrective actions to be taken.
- Ensure details in subcontracts, and purchase orders are accurate and meet the project specifications in covering the full scope of work intended and required by the main contract.
- Responsible for preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings before the commencement of installation works and as-built drawings upon completion.
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Min 1 year of working experience in ACMV Construction ProjectsMust possess good communication skills.Have excellent problem-solving skills.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Able to work under pressure with high initiative.Equip with in-depth knowledge of SS 553 Code of Practise, ASHRAEAble to work under pressure with high initiative.An experienced candidate may be considered for Assistant Manager or Project Manager positionTell employers what skills you have
