Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, improving operational processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving efficiency across departments. You will play a critical role in developing strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance, Production) to streamline cross-functional operations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop operations team members to achieve performance and productivity goals.
- Identify and implement technology or process improvements to optimize operations.
- Coordinate supply chain, inventory, logistics, or facility operations depending on the industry.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management or a similar leadership role.Strong understanding of business processes, supply chain, logistics, or production systems.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and business management software (e.g., ERP, CRM).Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications (optional) :
