BIM Coordinator (Tuas on-site) - JACOBS INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a role to provide digital delivery support to the multiple design teams as well as coordinate deliverables and manage submissions to the Client related to 3D models and drawings. You will be key part of the growth strategy for digital delivery with opportunities to advance your career in BIM and Information management. This role will report to the Project BIM Manager and Construction Manager. Tasks include, but are not limited to the following :

• Understand BIM requirements all the time.
• Understand the importance of all official records.
• Lead any BIM meeting with Contractor to deliver per BIM requirements.
• Report current submission status to the Team, and to take action.
• Help the Team to utilize BIM tools (training, over shoulder support.).
• Drive the team to use CDE(ProjectWise).
• Proactive on resolving engineering challenge using BIM tools.
• Review Contractor’s submission per requirements properly.
• Practice and provide advanced tool trainings to the Team.
• Go-to person for tool issues and help.
• Always think and propose how to improve tool usage for the Project.
