Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues;
- Prepare quotations, includes negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and closing deals to drive revenue growth;
- Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities;
- Manage the sales order process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and resolving any issues that may arise;
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to overall revenue growth; and
- Any other sales-related duties assigned.
