Job Description :
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Vietnam market
- Develop new customers and sales channels
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients
- Build and manage relationships and negotiations with key distributors
- Set sales and profit targets, and manage KPIs
- Coordinate supply and delivery schedules with manufacturing and logistics teams
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and present to headquarters and regional management
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional planning
- Work with other country manager (e.g. Philippines) on cross-ASEAN strategies
- Perform other ad hoc projects / duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management in the FMCG or food industryPreferably key account experience in structured retail (not limited to FMCG / food sectors)Must be able to work independently and proactively in a newly established organizationSolid knowledge and hands-on experience with the Vietnam marketProficiency in Excel and PowerPointExperience coordinating with multiple departments and multinational teamsWork experience in multinational companies is a plusUnderstanding of supply chain and delivery management is also an advantageWilling to travel to Vietnam and other ASEAN countries when requiredCompensation :
