We are seeking a dedicated Senior Clinic Assistant to join our GP clinic, Our Bukit Timah Family Clinic, and will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations and delivering a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Patient registration, temperature and weight taking
- Handling CHAS, Medisave, and Healthier SG transactions
- Dispensing medication and collecting payments (familiar with e-payment modes such as QR pay and NETS)
- Managing appointment bookings for chronic disease follow-ups and sending patient reminders
- Answering phone and counter enquiries in a professional manner
- Performing claims submission (e.g., Medisave, CHAS, MBS, Managed Care / TPA insurance claims)
- General administrative support and record keeping
Clinical Support
Performing COVID-19 and Influenza swabsConducting ECGs and assisting doctors during consultations when requiredRequirements
Minimum GCE O-Level or above, with relevant experience in a healthcare / GP clinic settingAt least 2 years of GP clinic working experience (required)Strong IT proficiency (clinic systems, Managed Care portals, MBS, MHCP, and TPA claim portals)Good command of spoken and written English; ability to converse in Mandarin and / or Malay is an advantage to communicate with non-English speaking patientsDiligent, customer service oriented, with a pleasant dispositionAble to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to rostered shiftsBenefits
