We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about geotechnical engineering aenjoys both the technical and commercial aspects of construction projects. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute across the planning, tendering, and execution phases of projects—engaging with clients, preparing proposals, driving site operations, and ensuring cost-effective delivery.

You should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, clear communication with stakeholders, and the ability to balance safety, quality, and commercial performance. Outstanding candidates will display accountability, commitment, proactiveness, and cost consciousness to maximize value for the Company.

Key Responsibilities

1) Pre-Contract & Tendering

• Review ITT, drawings, specifications, geotechnical data, and contract conditions to identify pricing and commercial risks.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost plans covering labour, plant, materials, prelims, overheads, and profit.
• Develop pricing models, risk registers, clarifications, and alternative proposals with quantified cost / time impacts.
• Support bid reviews and secure internal approvals for price and terms.

6) Cost & Resource Optimization

7) Governance, HSEQ & Reporting

This role will be required to spend most of the time on construction sites and candidates must be comfortable working outdoors.
