Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Paya Lebar (East)

Working hours : 8 : 30am to 6 : 00pm (Mon to Fri)

Job Duties :

Responsible for full cycle of recruitment activities
Involved in Temp / Contract / Perm hirings across various sectors
Posting of job advertisements at numerous platforms
Business Development & Account Management
Conduct interviews with candidates via virtual / face-to-face
Follow up with stakeholders for feedbacks & outcomes
Leadership opportunities to mentor team members in under 6 months
Ad hoc duties as per assigned by management

Job Requirements :

Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field

At least 2 - 3 years of recruitment experience in any industries

Highly sales driven and team player

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong passion for recruitment

Ability to work independently and as a team
