Key Responsibilities
Market Building & Growth
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new verticals, from market research to launch execution.
- Create and test marketing playbooks that drive awareness, adoption, and repeat engagement.
- Identify growth levers and scale them into sustainable channels.
Strategy & Brand Leadership
Craft and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, offline, and events.Position and strengthen the brand identity in competitive markets.Provide consumer and competitor insights to guide business and product direction.Digital & Performance Marketing
Build customer acquisition funnels from scratch and scale them efficiently.Manage SEO / SEM, paid media, email / CRM, social campaigns, and analytics dashboards.Measure ROI and constantly optimize marketing spend.Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
Forge collaborations with brands, agencies, and community groups to accelerate growth.Support sales with lead generation campaigns, marketing assets, and joint pitches.Grow a loyal community around our platform and events.Events & On-Ground Activation
Launch and scale pop-ups, activations, and large-scale events to boost visibility.Drive community engagement with innovative campaigns and experiential marketing.Ensure marketing integration with operational and sales teams for seamless execution.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.6–10 years of marketing experience with proven track record of building from zero to scale (e.g. start-ups, new business units, or new product launches).Strong entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity, fast pivots, and wearing multiple hats.Proficiency in digital platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, automation tools).Data-driven with strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.Leadership experience in managing small teams and external partners / vendors.What We Offer
