As a Senior / Inside Sales Engineer, your scope extends beyond technical solutioning, product customization, and field-level support to include commercial structuring, order processing, and internal coordination, making you a key contributor to both customer satisfaction and business success.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Prepare and issue technical and commercial proposals based on customer inquiries.
• Size and select appropriate models based on customer process conditions.
• Ensure proposed solutions are technically accurate and commercially sound.
• Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to structure quotes that align with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Provide reliable technical clarifications and assist with day-to-day application issues.
• Deliver product and technical training to customers as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date proficiency in product knowledge and applications.
• Participate in technical and commercial clarification meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with factories and sales teams to ensure timely quote and order fulfillment.
• Support sales targets through accurate and timely quote / order execution.
• Review customer orders and ensure proper order entry into the system.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including operations and logistics.
• Assist in lead qualification and follow-up activities.
• Ensures compliance of workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of a personal protective equipment, if provided to you, while working; not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger peers or oneself; reporting unsafe work conditions and providing suggestions to improve safety / health at work, as needed.
