To oversee inventory control, ordering, food sanitation and quality contract of food products
To lead and motivate employees effectively through implementation of in-house training and incentives plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction
To resolve guest concerns and complaints in order to maintain the postive atmosphere
