Roles & Responsibilities

Job Information :

  • Basic salary up to $2,800
  • Shift allowance + OT Payment
  • Gross up to $3,300
  • AWS + Performance Bonus + Joining Bonus
  • Working hours : 6 days per week rotating shift including overnight
  • Location : Changi Airport
  • Training provided!

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate passenger flows and information with airline crew, in-flight staff, and airport ground teams, including during delays or disruptions.
  • Perform document and boarding pass verification to ensure travel and security compliance.
  • Guide, develop, motivate and mentor team members to upload the highest of service and discipline standards
  • Greet and assist passengers throughout the check-in process, boarding gates, and arrivals.
  • Handle service disruptions and prepare operational reports.
  • Follow SOPs for safety, security, and service quality.

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum a Diploma
  • Proficient in English, additional languages would be a plus to communicate with international passengers
  • Cheerful and outgoing personality
  • Service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
  • Positive attitude
  • Comfortable working shift hours
