Description
The East
Asian Institute (EAI) at the National University of Singapore is
seeking a highly qualified researcher with a strong background in
Chinese domestic and elite politics as well as international
relations to join our multidisciplinary
team.
The appointment will be for a period of
twelve months
Position : Visiting
Research Fellow
Field : Chinese Politics and International
Relations
Role and
Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth
research on Chinese domestic / elite politics and the international
relations of East Asia, particularly on China and Taiwan in
relation to the wider Asia-Pacific and the United
States.
Support research projects and work
collaboratively with a research team
Contribute to EAI's Background Briefs for a policy-maker
audience
Engage the public through commentary,
op-eds, and seminars
Publish in academic
journals and other reputable
platforms
Qualifications
Qualification
Master's in Political Science, International Relations or
related field
8+ years of work experience in
research or any relevant areas
