Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers for vehicle transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and assist with audits.
- Liaise with internal sales teams, finance partners, and external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
At least 2 years of working experience in accounting (automotive industry experience preferred).Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, MYOB, Xero, or SAP) is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.Good communication and teamwork skills.Positive, proactive, and able to work independently.Tell employers what skills you have
