Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research, including competitive analysis on offerings, market positioning, and financial performance
• Evaluate potential opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
• Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations, including financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis
• Develop go-to-market strategies and prepare business plans and presentation materials for board meetings
• Conceptualize and create marketing, training, and investment materials

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a management or strategy consultant for Associate Manager level; minimum 7 years for Manager level
• Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Strong business proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player in a dynamic environment
• Open-minded and eager to gain exposure across diverse services and industries
• Self-starter with high energy and attention to detail
