Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Proven experience in project coordination and management, particularly in construction, M&E works, and office fit-up projects Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) Working knowledge of CAD / Revit or other construction-related software programs Excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage construction projects, including M&E works and office fit-up projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Liaise between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Review technical drawings and construction documents
- Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
- Generate progress reports and present updates to key stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on all projects
- Assist in procurement processes and vendor management
