Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Lau Pa Sat [18 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048582]

Working Hours :

Lunch : 11-3pm
Dinner : 6-11pm Shifts

Salary : $10-15 / Hour (based on experience)

Description :

We're looking for Part-Time Service Crews to assist at one of the seven stalls operating at Lau Pa Sat. To assist with cashiering, simple food preparation whenever necessary. Counter service, so there is no need for service by the table. Experience not necessary, just come with a willingness to learn. Training will be provided.

Job Description :

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu recommendations.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen / bar.

Handle payments (cash, card, or mobile) and operate the POS system correctly.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, tables, and workstations.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements :

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.

Physically able to stand for extended periods.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service (not always required).

Required Hygiene Certificate.
